City Park Kids Portraits

I enjoy photographing children. They are so exuberant and fluid. The camera doesn’t phase them. And because of that I approach kids shoots from an entirely different perspective than working with adults, letting whatever happens happen, because some things (namely excited children) are better captured in their element. Three year old twins Anabelle and Maxwell put me to the test! We ran, we climbed, we jumped and played all over Denver’s City Park to capture these candid fun photos. If you’re ever training for a marathon, you might want to try chasing around two preschoolers with a camera in an enormous park. It’s work! But boy is it fun.
