I was so very lucky to meet Cydney and Kate through my favorite sane marriage resource. These are two exceptionally sweet and witty ladies who brought grace and thoughtfulness to every aspect of their wedding day. The details were painstakingly planned (mostly by Cydney, I’m told) to be beautiful and simple, as well as emphasize their love for the people that so fervently support and care about them.
Their moving Episcopalian ceremony was followed by a sun set cocktail hour and then a beautiful candle lit reception. Heartfelt toasts were given in honor of the newlyweds, punctuated by laughter and tears. Not to be outdone Kate toasted her bride, Cydney, with one of the sweetest and most honest speeches I’ve witnessed to date. And, beyond my teary eyes, glasses were raised to the state of Massachusetts for allowing these two love birds to be married legally.
Cydney & Kate, thank YOU for sharing this day with me and my Dad (who second shot!!!), we felt blessed to take part in your celebration.
