Some people just belong together… I was sitting with Charlie and Erin recently thinking how they are some of the best people I know when I realized I never posted these.

tree cuts you. This is Aspen, but my brother and I share a weird sense of humor involving non sequitur jokes. We were at the bar making jokes when I realized I had some trees to show here.    

You know that one place. It’s the one where you left some integral part of yourself, because it was so intrinsically tied to that location, at that time, in those moments. It’s a place you go back to and mutter about how things have changed, while marveling at the bits that have remained. Pristine… not…

I went to Cincinnati. And I was surprised. Great food, beautiful museums, a lovely riverfront, kind people, surprising views, and plenty of activities to keep one busy for a long weekend. And I also met a penguin named Norman.    

I’m a museum voyeur. Good people watching, ridiculous architecture, and inspiring artifacts make for a perfect afternoon. r.
