I met up with Katie and Mark at City Park for this sweet engagement shoot. They love travel and were planning their destination wedding in Costa Rica. I love that they chose to incorporate bikes and travel guidebooks into their photos to represent the things they love doing together.  

As the year comes to a close I reflect back on so many wonderful couples, families, professionals, events and darn awesome humans I’ve had the privilege of documenting. I feel very, very lucky. I’m still behind on edits and playing catch up, but here are some fun highlights to keep you satiated.

I shot Claire and David’s wedding and am so glad to now be celebrating their newest addition! Welcome baby Jacob!

I love Vegas. It’s hard to explain. I just do. And it just so happens that there is a fantastic photo convention there, which makes a fantastic excuse to visit! Here are some “artsy” photos from our exploits around town. Next up…. Hoover Dam!  

I was just hanging out with this couple last night. I assure you they really are this cool.         

Somewhere in the crazy of the summer Drew and I created these images with Michael at Spark Theater. I love the grace and simplicity they convey. 

This family was too adorable. With an 8 month old pooch and 4 kids full of energy and willing to do anything I had my hands full. But that’s just the way I like it–tons of energy and moments to capture!
