When I first met with Erin about her wedding she was going to forgo an engagement session, because while they’re getting married in Colorado, she and her fiance Ryan live in Chicago. Fortunately for me they were open to me flying to Chicago to make that happen. Not only did I have an amazing day eating and drinking my way through the city with Erin and Ryan, who are quite possibly the world’s best hosts, but I got to see the infamous (yes, infamous) Fels. It was a fantastic trip and I can’t wait for Erin and Ryan’s upcoming wedding!
